Cuisine Ouverte

Broadcast identity package

Client: Tout Sur l’Écran
Broadcaster: France 3
Agency: 360 Creative

Commissioned by Tout Sur l’Écran for France 3, I designed the identity for Cuisine Ouverte, hosted by Michelin-starred chef Mory Sacko. The identity’s primary color palette is directly sampled from the blue accents of Mory’s signature chef uniform, creating a seamless link between the host’s physical presence and the on-air brand.

Brand mark

The brand mark is a study in functional minimalism: a dual-purpose monogram that forms the initials “CO” while representing two overlapping plates. This visual shorthand symbolizes the act of sharing - a central tenet of the program, which features a guest chef or personality each week.

Lower-third

To handle the show’s diverse information needs - from ingredient lists to guest career milestones - I developed a responsive graphic system triggered by the on-screen bug. This system generates translucent blue zones that adapt their dimensions based on the data volume. Whether displaying a single ingredient or a complex multi-course menu, the graphic containers maintain a consistent aesthetic language that frames the high-definition culinary cinematography without obstructing it.

Reactive zone infrastructure

I engineered a comprehensive post-production deployment for the Tout Sur l’Écran pipeline, ensuring the show's premium tone remained intact through a high-volume editing cycle:

Editorial blueprint delivery

  • Kinetic assets: Art direction for the logo assembly and credit overlays integrated into the opening sequence.

  • Motion toolkit: A library of alpha-channel containers (ingredient "clouds", menus, and bios) provided to the Tout Sur l'Écran team.

  • Timing guidelines: A technical delivery package featuring video "use-case" examples, providing the editors with precise timing cues and typographic hierarchy to ensure professional broadcast standards across every episode.
