Working together
A clear, three-stage process designed to take your project from concept to production-ready.
Phase 1:
Brand DNA audit
Discovery: I start with a deep-dive interrogation of the project’s DNA - whether it’s the heritage of an established institution or the conceptual world of a new TV series. I audit legacy assets to identify high-equity elements worth optimising, or break down a new brief to identify its visual north star. I pinpoint exactly what will drive the narrative forward and what creates friction - the dated visuals or conceptual gaps that fail to connect.
Goal: A clear vision that either preserves your legacy or builds a new world from the ground up, ensuring every visual serves the story.
Phase 2:
Ideation & Iteration
Solution: In this phase, I develop a complete design system. I present my proposition to you through a detailed presentation deck using mood boards, diagrams, and charts to illustrate how the system functions in the real world. Because the initial audit is rigorous, it typically requires one focused round of iteration to fine-tune the initial proposition to your vision.
Goal: A finalised creative deck that defines exactly how your brand or institution looks, moves, and speaks.

Phase 3:
Production & Implementation
Deployment: Once the creative proposition is green-lit, I move into execution. I translate the vision into a production-ready ecosystem, providing the frameworks - such as InDesign stylesheets or motion templates - that allow your team to work with total autonomy.
For projects requiring physical production, this phase includes direct technical oversight. I manage the transition from digital intent to the final substrate, conducting on-site press checks and installation supervision to ensure the brand’s integrity is maintained at scale.
Goal: Delivering a functional toolkit for your team and/or ensuring a flawless physical rollout that matches the high-stakes nature of the project.
